More support for Waverley small businesses

Small businesses in Waverley recently had access to a range of information, support and mentoring services when the Victorian Government’s Mobile Business Centre visited Glen Waverley.

With an on-board mentor, the Mobile Business Centres aim to provide practical information and support to business owners. This may range from reviewing business plans, providing information on government assistance programs and services and offering tips and tools to improve the performance of a business.

Having worked with small and medium-sized businesses as an accountant, I am acutely aware of how time-poor business owners can be. The fact this service comes to hubs such as Glen Waverley means business owners can access support quickly and easily.

Last year, the Mobile Business Centre visited over 90 locations across Victoria and delivered more than 670 mentoring sessions to small business owners.

For any local business owners who missed the Mobile Business Centre’s recent visit to Glen Waverley but would like further information or access to mentoring services, please contact me via michael@michaelgidley.com.au and I would be happy to provide such information.
