Monash residents can enjoy even better public library services following a recent funding boost to the Monash Public Library Service.

As part of the Victorian Coalition Government’s Public Libraries Funding Program, the Monash Public Library Service has received additional funding of $1,089,312 to be utilised over the coming months.

Importantly the funding was provided as a single allocation last month to ensure our local libraries have the added benefit of having all monies upfront rather than having to wait for funding each month. This allows Monash libraries to confidently implement their twelve month plan as well as gain better value for money when making purchasing decisions.
